Questions
About the services

Frequently asked

Why split the list into water and air?

Because they're genuinely different disciplines with different diagnostics, even under one contractor. The split makes the index easier to navigate and it's honest about the fact that a grease line and a chiller involve different people, tools, and certifications.

Can a single visit cover both trades?

Often, and that's a real advantage of using one contractor. Tell us everything when you book so we allocate time and dispatch appropriately. Raising a second discipline on arrival usually means a second visit.

Do you take on projects, or only service?

Both, within our trades. Service and maintenance is the majority of what we do; we also take on fit-out mechanical and plumbing work and equipment replacement. Large capital projects are quoted individually and we'll tell you plainly if something is better suited to a larger contractor.

How do you price?

Diagnostic and service work is quoted per visit with the diagnostic charge stated before dispatch. Projects and programs are quoted from a site survey. We don't publish rate cards because commercial pricing depends on access, hours, and building requirements more than on the work itself.

What certifications do your technicians hold?

Plumbing work is performed under licence, refrigerant handling requires federal technician certification, and backflow testing requires a separate tester certification. Ask us to confirm any of these before booking — it's a reasonable question and we'd rather you asked us than assumed.

Do you handle compliance filings?

We prepare documentation in the form agencies expect and we track due dates within our scope. The filing party of record is normally building ownership or management. We're explicit about that boundary so nothing falls between us.

Not sure which entry applies?

Describe the symptom. Half the value of one contractor across both trades is that you don't have to know which one it is.
