Frequently asked

What is the fastest way to reach you?

Phone. For anything where a business or a floor is out of service it is the only channel worth using — email is not monitored continuously.

What should we have ready when we call?

The address and floor or suite, whether you are building management or a tenant, what is happening and since when, whether a COI is required and for whom, and any equipment make and model. That last one materially improves the chance we arrive with the right parts.

Can you quote by email?

For well-defined work, often — send photographs, equipment details, and the building's access requirements. For anything where the cause is unknown, an emailed number would be a guess and we would rather survey it.

Do you need access arranged in advance?

Usually. Dock hours, freight elevator booking, roof access authorisation, escort requirements, and tenant notice all take longer to arrange than the visit takes to perform. Tell us your building's process at booking and we will work to it.

How far ahead are you booking?

It varies seasonally — the first sustained hot week and the first cold week both produce a surge. Call and you will get a realistic window rather than an optimistic one.
